Sign Language

For those of you who know anything about sign language for babies, you know the children often have a mind of their own. You may also know that please is supposed to be a little circle on your chest with the palm of your hand. We have been working with Luke on his sign language. He has "More", "All Done", and "Milk" down pat. We have been trying to work on the "please" and "thank-you" so that he turns out to be a polite child. Well since last night he started doing "please"
but instead of doing the circle on his chest-he kind of takes his right hand and rubs the bottom of his shirt and top of the pants-like he is wiping something off his hands. It is so cute and funny. We didn't know what he was doing at first, but he kept doing it anytime we said "please" so we now know that is how he will say "please" from now on.
