Joseph's Technicolor Coat of Many Colors
It has been a little chilly in our house. I had a few sleep sacs
but Graham was too long for them now that he is 7 months old. So I decided to make one. Joe would say the material was on clearance, but in reality I did pick it out. But I really wasn't thinking what it would look like, I was just going for something that would be neutral for either sex, knowing that we were pregnant at the time I bought it. So I made Graham a sleep sac. For the past three nights that he has slept in his sleep sac, he has slept from 630-730. So we are very happy with his coat of many colors. Since his middle name is Joseph it fits nicely. If anyone is interested, I can make them one!!!!!!!

H1N1
We received our swine flu vaccinations today. The boys were eligible because they were young and I could get one because of my asthma. Megan already got hers because she is pregnant, so we should be good. There were a lot of people there, but the PA Dept of Health did a great job of doing a mass vaccination.

BEETS
Graham has really started to enjoy his 3 meals a day of delicious food that I have prepared for him using the blender. The other day he got a good taste of beets and was having a good time with them and I thought I would share. He looks like this after most meals, but this is the only one that stains things and leaves nice red marks on his cheeks!!!!

Staining the fence
Well this weekend we decided to stain the fence. We had bought an automatic sprayer and were ready to go, but Saturday was very windy and it was a disaster. So Sunday we started again but this time the sprayer wouldn't work (yes the monster came and broke it overnight!) So we were back to using brushes!! So that is 630 feet of fence, but both sides, so that is 1260 feet of fence to be stained. YIPEE FUN TIMES!!!! Well Joe got out of the project because his doctor diagnosed him with pneumonia and everytime he came outside he would cough and wheeze. So he was inside with Graham. Luke joined me and our friend Daly in the painting. And Yes he did help paint and had stain everywhere, but that is ok he was good with the brush and in a few years it may be his job to do it all!!!!! So we got
one side done-which is 220 feet plus 48 additional feet. So we are only a small way into the fence and a lot to go, not sure it will happen before winter, but we will see!! If anyone wants to come and help we don't turn down volunteers!!

Halloween 2
Slippery Rock hosts an annual parade. This was the first we had heard about it. So we met up with some friends and walked to the town square where we watched the marching band go by (all in costume) and then paraded behind them to the fire hall where a candy bag was passed out and then trick o treating began. Luke, who had never been shown what trick or treating is, went to our friends house, right up to the door, and said trick o treat. Kind of funny. We made it to 3 houses before major meltdowns occurred. Graham fell asleep before the parade even began, so Joe was upset he didn't get Graham's candy.
